Customer Communication Specialist

  • Support ongoing Project and BAU work
  • Based in our Head Office in the Sydney CBD
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop customer correspondence

We are looking for a Customer Communication Specialist to join us in the Sydney CBD on a  full time temporary basis (9 months). In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of all automated customer policy documentation, including cover letters, policy schedules and email communications.

Acting as a central liaison point between IT and distribution, technical, operations & legal, the Customer Communication Specialist will ensure that all changes are legally compliant and obtain stakeholder sign-off before changes are moved into production

Responsibilities in this role also include:

  • Ongoing maintenance of branding and content, as well as channel specification configuration variables.
  • Act as a central liaison point between cross divisional stakeholders in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of documents to ensure optimal transformation from "as is" to “new” documentation.
  • Identify, define and document stakeholder requirements and objectives in accordance with change management framework. 
  • Strong attention to detail, resilient and with an ability to multi-task but stay focussed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive, "can do" attitude.
  • Well-developed analytical skills.
  • Willingness to learn and use web-based applications.

It would be highly advantageous if you have:

  • Knowledge of Allianz products, business partner requirements, document processes and business rules
  • Understanding of Allianz testing methodology
  • Project delivery skills
  • Experience with Alfresco document management system and/or Adobe Photoshop
