We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Officer who wants to develop a career in this field. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely resolution of Disputes, preparation of Notices of Responses to the FOS and participating in conciliations to ensure the delivery of fair and reasonable outcomes that reflects Allianz's philosophies and adheres to our legal requirements.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Identifying and undertaking activities that leads to an decrease in disputed decisions,  improves the claims process or increases Claim management knowledge
  • Undertaking IDR reviews in a way that balances a business orientated approach with the  policy T&C's  and a positive customer experience
  • Reducing the percentage of IDR matters that escalate to FOS
  • Utilising the different FOS Dispute Process, resolve FOS matters at earliest possible stage and at lowest FOS fee
  • Ensuring internal and external stakeholder expectations are either met or exceeded 

To be successful in this role you will have‎:‎ 

  • A Bachelor of Law degree  or undertaking a law degree; or
  • Proven industry experience in managing Disputes is essential
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage your time effectively ‎
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills ‎
