Content Producer

We are seeking a Content Producer to join our Corporate Communications team. You will be responsible for producing engaging and well-planned content with a focus on the workers compensation and broker distribution businesses of Allianz. Content covers internal communication, B2B, PR & social media.

This is a 10 month full time temporary position based in the heart of the Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and develop internal and external communication going out to the workers compensation and broker distribution networks.
  • Provide strategic communication advice and support for specific business unit projects.
  • Provide strategic communications advice and support on external communication including PR and media (in consultation with the PR and Content team).
  • Review and refresh current communication channels and develop new channels to improve efficiency, effectiveness and message cut through.
  • Regularly communicate to stakeholders on key communication initiatives to keep them informed and engaged on the communications agenda.

Skills and knowledge required for this role include:

  • 5+ year's internal and external communications experience.
  • Strategic communications planning and ability to tailor complex messages according to varying audiences.
  • Ability to work to tight timeframes and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Experience in the insurance industry (desirable).

It would be advantageous if you possess any of the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
