Our Financial Institutions (FI) business distributes consumer and small business insurance products via Banks, Credit Unions and Affinity Groups. We are proud to work in partnership with one of Australia's leading financial institutions to maximise their insurance revenue and achieve long term, sustainable growth using a range of customer touch-points including branches, call centres, and internet.

As an Allianz Program Manager you will be providing responsive and targeted assistance and support to business development initiatives in FI. Reporting to the National Manager Partner Programs, you will support the account management team in identifying & reporting on and rolling out initiatives including sales, compliance, marketing, IT & Operations.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Successful delivery of projects and initiatives according to agreed plans, on time and on budget
  • Building and leverage relationships with internal & external stakeholders, customers & related partners
  • Enabling of channel activation & new product launches
  • Coordinating and liaising of campaign execution, fulfilment and post implementation reviews - sales and retention
  • Participating or leading engagement forums with Product, Sales & Marketing, Business & IT Operations
  • Developing or sourcing monthly portfolio reporting as required and providing insights into performance and emerging trends
  • Supporting coordination of queries and initiatives across the account management team whilst maintaining a high level view of BAU activity
  • Assisting in the development of L&D material for partners
  • Ensuring accurate delivery of operational contractual requirements

Ideally, you will possess: 

  • Exposure to or experience in project management
  • Solid experience in business analysis, including the ability to assess data and generate insights
  • Experience in banking (desirable)
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • End-to-end management of activities, including follow up
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
