Integration Manager

Our CTP & Dealer division has built a large share of the franchised motor dealer insurance market and has forged a reputation for delivering on our promises of excellence in insurance products and service to our clients. We supply products to a wide variety of business partners, ranging from major vehicle fleet and broker business to large vehicle manufacturers, finance companies and large dealership groups.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Integration Manager to join our team for a period of 12 months to drive and deliver all business activities that support the IT build, rollout and uptake of the integration phase within project AIRO.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify business and dealer goals & end customer preferences
  • Understand data fields and mapping for integration with each partner to ensure that all data is captured and pushed through to Allianz Access, include updates, notifications and bind processes are seamless and require limited re-keying
  • Understand and review all regulatory required and committed updates within specified deadlines in line with the Dealer Add-On project plan.
  • Assist the Business SME to develop a digital Finance & Insurance Log for dealers and Account Managers to record and measure sales performance, benchmark results at an individual user & dealership level and acquire insights into sales behaviour and opportunities incorporating all integrated data.
  • Execute all partner integration agreements in line with requirements
  • Develop key success measures, with tangible benefits in line with each future integration partner.
  • Assist with the creation of benefits/uplift reporting to ensure funding can be covered by project deliverables
  • Align solutions development to ensure re-usability and efficiency gain through leveraging previously implemented solutions for other partners & if new functionality is required, it can be leveraged by future partners
  • Develop internal and external presentations, updates and communications on Project AIRO

Ideally, you will possess:

  • 3 years sales and distribution experience
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop management and benchmark performance reporting
  • Ability to work to implementation deadlines and within tight timeframes
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Oversight of dealer regulatory environment
  • Basic understanding of IT platforms and systems
  • Basic understanding of Dealer channel products and underwriting criteria
