Our CTP & Dealer division has built a large share of the franchised motor dealer insurance market and has forged a reputation for delivering on our promises of excellence in insurance products and service to our clients. We supply products to a wide variety of business partners, ranging from major vehicle fleet and broker business to large vehicle manufacturers, finance companies and large dealership groups.

We have an exciting 12 month contract opportunity for a Business SME to join our team.

This role will support all business related queries for Project AIRO and act as the main point of contact between the business & IT to ensure project deliverables are met and delivered on time

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify business and dealer goals & end customer preferences
  • Deliver a best practice leads management, customer self-navigate and partner database sales system
  • Incorporate all regulatory required and committed updates within specified deadlines in line with the Dealer Add-On project plan
  • Develop a digital Finance & Insurance Log for dealers and Account Managers to record and measure sales performance
  • Develop enhanced real-time reporting for the measurement of quotes, lost leads, converted sales and cancellation/dishonours at a user, agent, master agent, brand, state and at a national level
  • Develop the SME working group communicate all decisions and project outcomes to their teams, once worked through and agreed with all stakeholders.
  • Work with the UAT manager to ensure all UAT is completed on time by the SME working group and all post implementation verification is completed for each release

Ideally, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years in the automotive industry
  • A strong understanding of regulatory framework and the authorised representative sales model
  • A strong understanding of the dealer sales process for insurance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • A basic understanding of Agile project management metholodgy
