As an Account Manager within our Financial Institutions area (Banks, Credit Unions and Affinity Groups), you'll be pushing the benchmark in our category and interacting with our leadership team and network to develop sales strategy and sales coaching via agreed territory and daily branch visits. This is an area of our business that is growing at twice the market rate, and you can be a part of it. This is position where you can work based from home in a flexible arrangement. Our client partnerships are approached strategically and we only work with the best on the market. As part of our team - you'll be able to contribute to those relationships first hand. 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering sales coaching to bankers, branch and regional managers
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and designing sales programs
  • Working autonomously while meeting, presenting and selling to a range of individuals within our client organisation
  • Developing sales strategy in collaboration with the State Leadership team
  • Managing, retaining and growing a defined portfolio for a leading banking institution
  • Keeping records and documentation relating to Account Management activity

 Ideally you'll have:

  • A passion for building relationships and rapport
  • Excellent communication skills and resilience
  • An ability to engage with, coach and develop sales people
  • Strong customer service ethic and high energy levels
  • Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry or within a customer service, retail banking or call centre role
  • Stakeholder management expertise in Account Management or Portfolio Management
