Allianz is looking for Identity & Access Management Specialist to join our IT Security team based in Sydney CBD on a Full Time Permanent basis.

This position is responsible for support and maintenance of Allianz perimeter security systems, namely Identity and Access Management, for internal and external customers and ensures these systems comply with security policy and aligned with application access requirements.
You will analyse and support Identity and Access Management which will consist of mainly of 2nd and 3rd Level Operations Support, combined with some Infrastructure Project Resource for Enterprise Projects and Small Enhancements. The systems primarily supported are IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), IBM Federated Identity Manager (TFIM)

The key skills & experience desired for this position are as follows:-

  • 2-3 years of experience in identity and access management technology and services such as Tivoli Identity Manager and Access Manager.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Application Server technology, database queries and directory servers.
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities and scope.
  • Excellent customer liaison skills and ability to communicate customer requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond to critical system failures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with technical documenting.
  • Understanding of project management, change management and IT Service Delivery principles.

It would be highly regarded if you also have experience such as:

  • Broad knowledge in IT security standards
  • Management of third party suppliers and partner/vendors
  • Logical understanding of Information Systems security
  • Experience in any compliance applications such as Tivoli Compliance Insight Manager
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Linux & Windows environments
  • Good understanding and knowledge of IBM Access Manager, Identity Manager TFIM & Directory Integrator, Directory Server, IBM DB2, Oracle & IBM WebSphere
  • Competent knowledge of Java, Javascript, shell Script, Perl, Python or similar, J2EE & Spring
