Lead Business Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for actively leveraging your Business Analyst background to work with the team on to start up a new business within a dynamic and changing global environment to leverage expertise within the Allianz community.

You will be responsible for the requirements process on a global program and ensuring the business analysis stream is set up for success. This will require an understanding of the overall project scope and being able to identify how to approach, plan, manage and monitor the requirements. This is a hands-on role to do what is required to establish the solutions needed for the various rollout phases of the program. It will not be managing a large team of business analysts.

Strong client relationship management skills are critical as you will manage business expectations while acting as the bridge between the business and internal and external vendor teams. You will have the opportunity to leverage your experience to effectively elicit, validate and communicate across the requirements to ensure alignment across the program and work with test and business to ensure the solution meets the business needs

The key skills & experience required for this position are as follows:-

  • More than 5 years' experience in a Lead Business Analyst role, specifically with a Wealth Management background
  • Business process modelling to elaborate system level business processes
  • Solid planning and workshop facilitation skills to ensure the right outcomes
  • Adaptable to changing program needs on a global scale
  • Self-motivated and outcome driven and enjoys a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and lead others
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to effectively follow up and track information
  • Experience in business capability mapping is desirable
