Policy Services delivers a market leading customer experience by providing expert, professional underwriting and policy service for Direct customers, Brokers and Agents, Financial Institutions, Motor Dealers and other business partners.

This involves providing professional, efficient underwriting service, processing support and credit management to Allianz business partners and their customers. Our three centres deliver these services for Personal lines, Commercial lines and CTP products.

We are currently seeking a Credit Consultant to join our team in Melbourne on a contract basis. In this ‎role, you will apply your knowledge of the credit function and your attention to ‎‎‎detail to input and produce accurate data.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in administration, daily receipting, reconciliation, cash ‎‎allocation ‎and payments
  • Strong customer focus and a commitment to meeting and ‎exceeding ‎‎expectations
  • Experience in Credit Control is preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills will be highly regarded
  • A basic knowledge of accounting principles and knowledge of General ‎‎Insurance is desirable
