Allianz is looking for Corporate Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team based in the Sydney CBD on full time permanent basis.

Our Corporate Compliance Team is seeking an innovative Compliance Officer with a background in assurance and controls testing. This role will take a lead role the 2nd Line Compliance Assurance Program with a focus on enhancing the current activities.

The key skills & experience required for this position are as follows:- 

  • Develop efficient and effective QA functions to support business divisions.
  • Actively manage the QA plan by working closely with Subject Matter Experts and Technical experts and tracking progress against plan.
  • Support development of the annual departmental priorities, including a risk-based QA program.
  • Minimum 3 year compliance experience in Financial Services
  • Strong controls testing experience, preferably from a Big-4 organisation or from the General Insurance industry.
  • A solid understanding of the regulatory environment, and key laws related to General Insurance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional written communication skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
