Reporting to the Diversity & Sustainability Manager, you will be part of the team that manages the diversity and corporate social responsibility program for Allianz Australia.  The diversity program of work comprises both well-established programs and concepts still to be scoped and delivered. This mean the successful candidate needs to operate confidently at a strategic level, as well as have the capability to execute through strong change management.

 Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with HR colleagues to deliver projects in the Future Workforce Strategy e.g. mitigating bias, flexible working, analysis and reporting of diversity data, building our culture of inclusive meritocracy
  • Project managing key projects, including scoping, monitoring and reviewing through the Project Steering Committee
  • Written communication and analysis e.g. board reports, People & Culture Steering Committee
  • Contributing to the broader Diversity and Sustainability team and HR function

 To be considered for this role you will possess:

  • Commercial awareness, understanding the value of diversity as part of the broader HR service proposition to the business
  • Well-developed design skills with a track record of delivery in a corporate environment
  • Technical excellence and thought leadership, covering both gender and cultural diversity
  • Excellent project management and client relationship building skills
  • An analytical mind, with capability and experience in using data and research
  • The ability to prioritise and enjoy a busy workload whilst still providing superior customer service
