Our Claims divisions are integral to Allianz operations as they assist our customers in their moment of need. Claims Services delivers a market leading customer experience by providing expert consultation to Direct customers, Brokers and Agents, Financial Institutions, Motor Dealers and other business partners.

As a Customer Advocate with Allianz you'll be joining a fun, collaborative and supportive team with offices in every major Australian capital city, and work across a diverse stream of business lines - including customers, brokers and financial institutions.

Located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD our Queensland Claims Team currently have a number of Full-Time Permanent opportunities for a Customer Advocate to join our Motor Claims team.

You will be making calls to our repairer partners to follow up on the progress of repairs on behalf of our customers. You will use relationship building skills to encourage the repairer to update information at their end which will in turn give our claims consultants a clear line of sight on the progress of repairs.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Claims management experience or experience in a complex Customer Service environment
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities and work in a fast paced environment
  • The capacity to thrive in an environment which promotes accountability and ownership of assigned tasks
  • Confidence using a variety of systems and software packages
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A high attention to detail‎
