Senior Business Integration Manager - Change Management Focus

We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Integration Manager to join our Business Integration team. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will manage the implementation of the project pipeline across the Broker & Agency division.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse business problems, assess solution feasibility and initiate projects.
  • Engage business stakeholders, sales partners and technology teams (Internal and external) to ensure solutions are aligned to business outcomes and requirements.
  • Carrying out stakeholder assessments and detailed business impact analysis.
  • Led the development and execution of change management plans at a tactical and strategic level.
  • Undertake project change readiness assessments.
  • Led the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing plans.
  • Manage various risks, issues and interdependencies to deliver an integrated program of change.
  • Manage cross-functional and virtual team's assigned to achieve project goals.

To be considered for this role you should possess:

  • Project delivery capability.
  • Applied knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to breakdown business needs systematically to explain why an initiative should be undertaken to justify organisational spend.
  • Ability to consult on multiple projects and initiatives, plan and manage deliverables.
  • Ability to represent and advocate for business and change outcomes at project governance meetings and with C-suite executives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting.
