As the National Property Underwriting Manager you will become an integral part of the Senior Management Team, responsible for improving and maintaining company performance in the Property portfolio. This will include the coordination of activities, maintenance ‎of standards, analysis of underwriting results, and continuous improvement of business processes ‎and compliance with applicable internal guidelines and legal obligations.‎

Your relationship building and management skills coupled with your strong business acumen will support and compliment a team that is ‎similarly focused on our profitable growth strategy and the delivery of superior service to our customers. ‎

We’re looking for talent who has:

  • Extensive people management experience
  • Advanced portfolio management skills
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation and experience in an Underwriting role
  • A significant focus on driving positive business outcomes and developing customer relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational and communication abilities
  • An energy and enthusiasm for this area of Insurance and delivering profitable results
  • A collegiate attitude to business solutions
  • The ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
