We are currently seeking a professional full time Receptionist/Administration Assistant to work in our Brighton Head Office.

As a Receptionist you must be able to demonstrate and practice a high level of professionalism and customer service to both internal and external customers.

Your role will include:

• Answering incoming calls
• Meet and greet of visitors to Club Marine
• Booking and diary management of meeting rooms
• Overseeing the operations of the executive and reception areas
• Overseeing catering orders
• Mail distribution
• Liaising with contractors
• Administration duties

To be considered for this role you will posses:

• A superior customer service focus
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Attention to detail
• Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
• The ability to work as part of a professional team
