We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Outbound Sales Manager to join our highly driven and successful Direct team. Reporting to the Operations Manager – Contact Centre Provider, you will be responsible for the day to day business as usual activities, planning, and execution and implementation of Outbound Initiatives focusing on Allianz Direct General Insurance products. 

With your proven relationship, stakeholder and execution capability, you will work side by side with the Allianz Direct team, Allianz Contact Centres and External vendor to refine and improve Outbound operations, ensuring that business and customer needs are always met.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Implementing and refining outbound activities
  • Key business support for implementing key business improvement initiatives
  • Driving business results including enhanced customer experience
  • Providing operational day to day support to external vendor stakeholders
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of Outbound key initiatives
  • Delivery process improvement activities and strategies
  • Providing key outbound operational reporting and metrics

Suitable candidates will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:

  • 2-4yrs experience in a similar role within a Contact Centre
  • Proven knowledge of the Personal Lines insurance market and products
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong time management and high level customer service
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to work as a team and work autonomously.
