Customer Retention Specialist
• Full Time Permanent Opportunity based in Sydney CBD
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Retention Specialist to join our highly driven and successful Direct team. Reporting to Head of Customer Retention, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer retention strategies and initiatives across both Personal Lines and SME insurance products. With proven relationship management and execution capability, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions to meet the customer needs.
Your responsibilities will also include:
• Implementing customer retention strategies and plans across all marketing channels,
Ideally, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
• Proven knowledge of the general insurance market, preferably with direct to consumer experience
Your relationship building skills coupled with your strong business acumen will support and compliment a team that is similarly focused on our growth strategy whilst delivering profitable results and superior service to our customers.
