About the Role:

As the HR Systems Support Manager, you will have a lead a team of two direct reports and be responsible for the integration of all HR systems, both new and existing to ensure best practice HR is proactively delivered to the business.  In this role, you will provide functional, technical and process leadership. In order to achieve the requirements you will need to have demonstrated experience with transformational implementation and BAU account management, whilst working in a dynamic, fast paced environment with a presence at a global level. You will be the HR/IT Account Manager and responsible for driving HR initiatives forward in consultation with IT, specialist managers and selected vendors and consultants.

Responsibilities of the role include and you will ensure that:

  • Accountability for the local Allianz Australia and Group implemented HR systems. They include payroll (Preceda) and HRIS (SuccessFactors). A high level of cross functional and transformational relationship management will be necessary to ensure integration within HR systems is seamless.
  • Advise others on how to use HR Data Excellence principles within technologies and monitors system administrators to ensure that quality standards and safety policies are appropriately adhered to.
  • Authorises and supports users in gathering and utilising critical information. Evaluates HRIS governance best practices to ensure Allianz adheres to best practice principles and methods while following the Allianz Global Data process.  
  • Ensure the HR systems and interfaces are maintained and available. When issues arise and a system is unavailable ensure all appropriate communications and actions are taken for it to become available by leveraging relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), vendors and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Management of all aspects of the project in relation to data management including time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits.
  • Lead and manage a cross functional team to ensure behavioural aspects are established.  You will have either a dotted or. hard line to specialists who spend at least 50% of their time working on HR IT related projects. Focusses the team/s on process and procedure issue identification and rectification.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in SuccessFactors and HR Systems Management, particularly demonstrated HR Information Systems Experience highly regarded
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Project Management knowledge and experience in delivering successful projects in the past
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, IT Management or. Business Discipline
