Our Third-Party Settlements Claims Service Consultants are responsible for managing both insured and third party motor claims in a timely and cost-effective manner and strive to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience. This extends not only to internal and external customers but to Third Party Insurers and Agents to ensure a positive result is achieved. 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous claims handling experience
  • Experience dealing with Third Party negotiations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound time management and portfolio skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work under presure in a fast-paced environment
