Senior Complaints Support Specialist| Sydney - NSW

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Complaints Management Framework to ensure Allianz delivers consistent compliance with our complaints management obligations and meets the expectations of our customers, regulators and the business. 

 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Lead, direct and manage complaints support for the organisation, including responding to queries/ requests from the business, to ensure a good customer experience, enable compliance and continual improvement.
  • Coordinate the development of artefacts including Allianz Australia's complaints policies and procedures .
  • Analyse complaints data to generate insights, identify improvement opportunities, and support business continuous improvement.
  • Lead, direct and manage the complaints management system administration tasks including system access, hierarchy, and workflow changes to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the tool.

  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering high quality services and positive customer experiences to sustain and enhance the customer base.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
  • Experience in developing and implementing internal controls and governance, policies and procedures based on the regulatory requirements and leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Pays attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
