The MAC Team is responsible for administering the Motor Accident compensation Scheme on behalf of the Motor Accident Compensation Commission (MACC).

What you should expect

This role is critical for the success of transformation activities and execution of operational plans within the MAC business.

It will be your responsibility to:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement practical solutions with an increased customer outcome focus
  • Lead and monitor strategy development, continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives
  • Provide insights into the team performance through analytics
  • Promote employee coaching and development on Business Improvement processes and frameworks

Important to your success:

You will bring an ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders at varying levels across our business utilising strong analytical skills and business focused solutions. In addition to:

  • Solid Business Analysis experience with demonstrated experience in financial or insurance sectors
  • Strong Project Management and strategy development experience
  • High level of understanding of legislative and regulatory environments
  • Related tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded but not essential
