About the Role:

As the Business Analyst - HR, you will be working across the multiple HR teams to support the successful rollout of SuccessFactors across; compensation, talent, variable pay and performance modules and BAU activities in the overall Performance & Reward team. The role requires working closely with the local and global project team and associated stakeholders to ensure that all local and global requirements are understood, documented and delivered in order to achieve the project goals and objectives.

Responsibilities of the role include and you will ensure that:

  • You will become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the new global process and ways of working that support the SuccessFactors rollout for SuccessFactors Talent, Performance, Variable pay and Compensation modules.
  • You will communicate and work closely with other HR Services team members, internal, and external stakeholders to develop, test, implement, promote and support end-to-end solution development aligned to the global rollout.
  • Work closely with the project team to support a successful rollout through change, training and communications and support the delivery and transfer of knowledge/documentation during the transition to HR Services.
  • Execute service delivery as part of the Performance & Reward team to ensure all obligations are met and that the customer is the central focus of all day to day activities.
  • Ensure that the job evaluation framework and associated market benchmark information is maintained to a high degree of accuracy and coverage of the employee population.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to consult with and provide performance management and compensation solutions to the business as required.
  • Utilise digital and other communications channels to communicate and promote Allianz performance, recognition, rewards and benefits programs.
  • Provide advice to the HR Services and Recruitment teams on new employees and employee changes related to job grading and remuneration.
  • Provide analysis and advice, and execute performance & reward changes necessitated by legislative or ER changes in either SuccessFactors or the supporting processes.
  • Lead, facilitate & elicit gap analysis between current and future state using appropriate tools and techniques.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 5 years plus Business Analysis experience primarily across HR project rollouts (Successfactors)
  • Proven experience across Project management and change management in similar project
  • SAP SuccessFactors experience across Performance, Compensation, Talent, Variable Pay
  • Tertiary qualification in business or HR
