About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Financial Institutions team in Melbourne. As an Account Manager, you will support one of our key corporate clients. A key aspect of your role will be your ability to drive sales by providing ongoing coaching and training to staff and managers in our partners' distribution networks.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales by coaching and training our partners staff and managers within their distribution network
  • Working closely with key partners and their distribution networks to identify cross-sell opportunities and maximise sales outcomes
  • Developing and maintaining action plans and growing key strategic relationships
  • Maintaining appropriate documentation and account plans
  • Providing technical, general and non-advice insurance support

About the Successful Candidate:

  •     Knowledge of and experience in lending, home loans or general insurance (preferred)
  •     Proven sales and account management skills for major accounts (preferred)
  •     Strong relationship building skills
  •     Ability to deliver quality customer service
  •     Advanced MS Office skills including; Excel, PowerPoint and Word
