This newly created, highly visible and fast paced role reporting to the People Attraction Manager for Australia/NZ is responsible for sourcing contingent workers for various project streams across the Allianz business as our transformation evolves. 

Join our team on a 12 month fixed-term contract and in this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and the hiring manager population and provide expert advice on recruitment best practice, workforce planning and market insights.

You will take ownership of the successful delivery of the programme which will include managing job briefs, partnering with our Key business stakeholders, managing 3rd party vendor relationships and striving for continued process improvements.

Key dimensions of the role include;

  • Collaborate with the business, People COE and HR services to deliver strategic hires for various client groups across Allianz
  • Engage and manage preferred partners to ensure conversion, quality and commercial outcomes are achieved
  • Partner with project teams to define role requirements, negotiate rates, manage the selection process, finalise terms and associated contracts/documentation for compliant engagements
  • Advise the business regarding the availability of talent across various capabilities including technology, program and project management, and various business functions.
  • Utilise your strategic sourcing and/or contract/contingent recruitment experience to deliver resourcing solutions to our growth and transformation strategy.

Critical to your success:

You are experienced in contingent workforce solutions managing multiple stakeholders across the business, able to partner and problem solve to identify the best talent solutions to scale teams.  Adept in third party vendor management, contractor scheduling and talent sourcing.  This is a new resourcing solution for Allianz and you are joining during an exciting global HR transformation.  Leverage your expertise to make a difference.
