About the role

The Disputes Administration Officer is a dynamic administration role which supports a number of functions within the Disputes Resolution and Eligibility teams inclusive of :

  1. The timely and accurate payment of compensation benefits to employers and injured workers following Conciliation and Court outcomes.
  2. Administration tasks associated with new claims, conciliation and investigations

To be successful for this position, we are seeking a candidate with excellent communication, organisational and time management skills to join our high performing and supportive environment.

This role is an ideal opportunity for a Low Risk Case Manager or FMO looking to kick start their career in the Disputes or Eligibility environment. 

Your skills

·     Extensive administration skills

·     Strong organisational and time management skills

·     Previous customer service experience in a corporate environment

·     Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal

·     Advanced PC skills
