Club Marine was founded by boaties for boaties over 50 years ago, so we know what's important when it comes to boat insurance.  Underwritten by Allianz, one of Australia's largest general insurers, Club Marine are actively part of the boating community supporting more than 100 clubs, tournaments, boat shows, regattas and volunteer marine groups throughout Australia and New Zealand.  Building on our strong foundations we are committed to growing our direct and intermediated channels by delivering best practice outcomes for our staff and members.

We are looking for a motivated, result driven and innovative professional to join the team as a Digital Program Manager. This role will be responsible for the end to end management of Club Marine's digital and online program including identifying, developing and driving digital activities.  This will involve managing internal and external relationships with a strategic and customer-centric approach to deliver Club Marine's desired online customer experience, drive operational efficiency and engage with members. 

Reporting to the Head of Brand & Direct you will:

  • Identify and manage major projects as required to achieve Club marine's digital strategy
  • Develop, agree and implement strategic and tactical action plans
  • Deliver a positive, consistent experience to members, partners and suppliers across all online environments
  • Work with key stakeholders to execute new product and campaign launches within the online channel
  • Manage the delivery and execution of digital marketing campaigns (search, display, programmatic)
  • Initiate ideas to optimise the online sales funnel including quotes, sales and conversion
  • Produce scheduled and ad hoc analysis and reporting for all digital platforms including online, website, advertising, social
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Act as an initial point of contact for stakeholders in relation to digital initiatives
  • Collaborate across Club Marine, Allianz Digital, Market Management and IT to deliver solutions to stakeholders
  • Ensure online compliance with statutory and ethical responsibilities

  Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in digital platforms and marketing including websites, online sales, search, display, apps, online video and social media
  • Effective planning skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Proven experience in developing and managing multiple, high level business relationships
  • Demonstrated strategic planning skills
  • Ability to think creatively and drive innovation
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of the team
  • Experience within the Insurance or Marine Industry is a plus
