Allianz is looking for a Digital Specialist to join our Digital team based in the Sydney CBD on a permanent basis. In this diverse and challenging role you will engage with stakeholders across the business to maintain and enhance all websites and online sales platforms using your skills and expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, digital content, UX and UI.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Champion the Allianz Australia Digital strategy to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Review and monitor Allianz websites to ensure quality, content accuracy, alignment to brand and customer experience as we transition to a new Allianz design.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into requirements for UX/UI design.
  • Apply modular approach to design, reusing and sharing components across solutions to ensure consistent user experience.
  • Create digital banners and other minor design tasks as well as assisting with the delivery of larger design jobs with external agency providers.
  • Create compelling digital content for websites and online sales platforms.
  • Deliver content changes on various websites and online platforms using the Content Management System (CMS). 

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a must.
  • Experience in customer-centric design principles in UX/UI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate skills with Google Analytics (Adobe Analytics experience a plus).
  • The ability to quickly understand business drivers and determine stakeholders' critical success factors
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Adobe Photoshop including a good understanding of online design.
  • Experience in website development using HTML
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development projects (preferred)
  • Experience with vendor management (preferred)
