An opportunity exists for an individual looking to utilise their workers compensation claims expertise, analytical and problem solving skills to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

As a Claims Specialist working in the Customer Service Team your focus in this role will be to identify and implement strategies and programs to achieve improved customer experience including:

  • Monitoring, analysis of and reporting on metrics
  • Investigation and review of process/policy/claims
  • Connecting with customers
  • Working collaboratively with our teams

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • A passion for helping our customers and delivering a great customer experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to identify and implement business improvement initiatives
  • Sound relationship building skills which will enable you to build relationships with the broader team and with our customers
  • Experience in case management within a personal injury setting
  • Resilience and a proven ability to work in a highly energetic environment
  • Project management skills/experience will be highly regarded, however are not essential
