We are currently seeking a Return to Work Specialist to become valued member and key contributor to the success of our long tail claims teams (52-130 weeks). As a Return to Work Specialist in the long tail you will be responsible in developing trusting relationships with a portfolio of longer term injured workers and will ultimately support them in regaining capacity for work and then placement in suitable employment. This position suits a strategic thinker, a strong influencer and relationship builder who can work and achieve results autonomously.

As a Return to Work Specialist you will be ‎‎responsible for:

  • Developing strong relationships with your customers
  • Connecting with your customers in a variety of ways – including face to face interactions
  • Implementing case management strategies that lead to RTW outcomes and service satisfaction
  • Influencing and motivating the key stake holders of each claim
  • Working collaboratively to achieve results
  • Coordinating return to work programs
  • Contributing to a positive working environment and team culture

 To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • The ability to read and interpret data, graphs and legislation
  • Experience in case management within a personal injury setting
