We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Case Manager to join our successful team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring Allianz Workers Compensation internal and external customer expectations are exceeded through strategic, accurate and timely management of claims. You will identify claims with escalating risk; manage liabilities and deliver high quality service levels. You will be responsible for pro-actively managing a portfolio of claims with the customer at the centre of all you do.

In collaboration with other specialist staff, the successful candidate will develop case management strategies tailored to the needs of individual claims and stakeholders, aimed at facilitating early return to work and/or management of claim entitlements, including medical expenses.  

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Workcover Case Management | Injury Management | Return to Work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven effective time management
  • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
  • Advanced PC skills
