We are currently recruiting for Early Notification Customer Care Consultant to support lodgement and early contact on our personal injury claims. You will be working closely in a fast paced team to enter claims in our database and act as the first point of contact with our customers before the claim is referred to a Customer Care Consultant for ongoing management. This is a great stepping stone into a Consultant career managing claims in CTP and you will have the opportunity to progress into a Consultant role should that be your interest.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a constant customer focus by working with customers to answers calls and emails to commence their claims process.
  • Processing and completing work allocated within required timeframes, meeting data integrity and schedule requirements as per Allianz SIRA guidelines.
  • Accurate and efficient entry of claims data into our system.  
  • Proactively work within a team environment and actively contribute to team goals.
  • Assisting other team members, supporting a positive working environment and contributing in a positive manner to the team's morale.
  • Adhering to Allianz policies and procedures, including customer service standards, record keeping obligations and privacy requirements.

Important to your success:

  • You will demonstrate great accuracy and data entry skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to process quickly and accurately
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competence in Microsoft Office products including Windows, Word and Excel.
  • Customer Service experience
