Project Integration Manager / Flexible on location to either Brisbane or Adelaide.

Reporting to our Head of Direct Operations, the Project Integration Manager will be responsible for leading the integration of change projects into our Contact Centre operations. The Project Integration Manager will maintain high level resourcing capacity, plans and project outlines, as well as facilitate prioritisation of all integration projects in the pipeline. The role will also manage an eight-person team and have responsibility for coaching and skills uplift.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders to identify, prioritise and deliver projects to operational realisation, whilst ensuring change management plans and communication strategies for all initiatives are agreed.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent project and change management framework that delivers centre wide project pipelines and capacity planning.
  • Facilitate team engagement with all support services, ensuring all change management and continuous improvement activity aligns to learning and development, reporting, quality assurance and workforce planning disciplines.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to develop and deliver communication strategies for all team facilitated change management initiatives.
  • Lead an empowered and motivated team in successfully integrating key changes into the business unit while bringing maximum benefit and minimum disruption.

To be successful:

  • You'll be a strong people leader, with a demonstrated track record in coaching and uplifting the capability of a team.
  • You'll have prior experience in Project Management and be able to manage a team's capacity to deliver on initiatives on time and to a high level of quality.
  • You'll have prior experience managing a pipeline of work or projects (5+ simultaneously)
  • Proven capability to manage change through the initiation and promotion of organisational transformation, leveraging effective process, collaboration and communication to foster commitment and participation
  • Insurance industry and experience and/or working knowledge of Contact Centre infrastructure will be well regarded
  • Exceptional ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
