This is a newly created role reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology. The main purpose of the role is to oversee the Digital Experience Operations function of our marketing technology stack to ensure the seamless delivery of frictionless digital experiences for our customers. The role will commence as a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities in the role:

  • Manage, monitor and report upon the health of tag management and Digital Experience data.
  • Undertake Experience Data onboarding and compliance incl Tag and Script management
  • Work with AAL Information Technology to develop integration and ensure continuity and improvement of experience data.
  • Work with the broader Centre of Excellence community (Digital, Customer and Insights, Marketing) to ensure suitability and availability of Digital Experience tools and data as new capability is deployed.
  • Manage system integration and ongoing enhancement within our marketing technology and customer data platform (CDP) eco system.
  • Manage and ensure the ongoing suitability of tags profiles and associated permissions.
  • Liaise with and support Allianz Technology team as marketing technology enhancements are enabled.
  • Plan tag and data flow framework, strategy and maintenance.
  • Provide strategic support and expert advice to tag management and experience data users.
  • Manage and plan delivery enhancements across the Digital Experience data eco system.  
  • Collaborate with technology release managers (local and group) to coordinate delivery of enhancements and defect fixes

To be successful in the role:

  • You'll have a tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Data Management, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or comprehensive industry experience.
  • You'll also have digital experience data, tag and script management experience
  • As well as experience of marketing technology platforms -where you have managed the digital experience data which drives it, ensuring that data flows effectively
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions will be highly desirable
  • Experience in initiating, designing, planning, executing, monitoring and completing projects and new initiatives.
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage portfolio of initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to build effective relationships & manage complex negotiations to ensure mutual agreement between parties is achieved.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
