We currently have a fantastic opportunity to offer a permanent position for an experienced Team Leader to become part of this high performance culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with proven leadership abilities and/or Technical expertise to lead this team of experienced case managers in our Workers Compensation Division. This role could also be a great chance for an experienced technical expert to take the next step in their leadership career.

You'll be responsible for:

  • ‎‎Manage and motivate the team in achieving key ‎‎‎‎performance ‎‎benchmarks
  • Lead, mentor and coach team members to ensure continuous performance improvement.
  • Ensure all projects related to the management of liabilities on claims are implemented effectively
  • Ensure customer relationships are maintained through timely processing of claims and maintenance of data integrity through training and supervision
  • Apply their technical and legal knowledge to the resolution of litigated/claims
  • Ensure that claims management and processing activities on all claims associated with a portfolio of employers are carried out in an accurate and timely manner

Important to your success:

  • ‎Workers Compensation experience  
  • Proven ability to manage your time effectively ‎
  • Demonstrated leadership skills‎ and or/Technical expertise
  • ‎Superior customer service and communication skills‎
