What if you could turn your customer service skills into a career with plenty of room to move?

As a Customer Service Specialist at Allianz you'll be coming into a great entry-level role that will enable you to develop foundational skills and experience to step up to becoming a team leader or move into other areas that may interest you. You'll will join an established team and utilise your strong customer service and sales skills when speaking with new and existing customers about our products. You will be the voice of Allianz and will provide information about our products whilst utilising the opportunity to provide excellent service when making changes and updates to policies. Important to your success:

  • Ability to work on a rotating roster with shifts falling between 7am - 9pm
  • Ability to work one Saturday every 5-6 weeks
  • Must be available to commence 28th February 2022
  • Able to attending online Assessment Centres
