We are looking for an experienced personal injury claims professional to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This will provide an opportunity for the successful candidate to build on their existing claims management expertise and to progress their career within the business.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of claims from lodgement to resolution.
  • Delivering outstanding levels of service to customers and other stakeholders.
  • Applying injury management services to achieve recovery and return to work outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and service providers.
  • Investigating, negotiating and settling claims within agreed authority levels.
  • Complying with company, legal and regulatory requirements.

Important to your success:

  • Claims management experience in CTP or a related field.
  • An energetic, self-motivated and empathetic approach to customer service.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to apply problem solving in complex cases.
  • Understanding of early intervention and tailored claims management practices.
  • A team player with an interest in supporting the development of colleagues
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to change.
  • Capacity to develop successful working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Experience in the application of negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
