We are looking for a self-motivated and committed professional who is looking to utilise their customer service and General Insurance Claims experience to contribute to the success of our team!  As a TIO Claims Consultant, you'll be there to assist our customers when they need us most.  You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and strive to meet our customer's expectations by ensuring a professional and courteous experience is delivered to each and every customer

You'll be responsible for:

  • Achieving individual KPI's and targets
  • Processing all incoming insurance claims and end to end claims management
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries,
  • Develop customer relationships to understand customer's requirements, and deliver a positive, trusted customer experience.
  • Deliver consistent and appropriate high level of customer service at all touch points
  • Demonstrating adherance to risk and compliance as per the General Insurance Code of Practice

Important to your success:

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering a positive customer experience to sustain and enhance the customer base.
  • Technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance and General Insurance Code of Practice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to recognise, avert, manage and escalate conflicts
  • High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
