As a Team Manager you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and strategic direction to the Charlestown based leaders and teams. As part of your role you will drive the Authorised Provider business strategies collaboratively with the leadership team.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Driving the Authorised Provider strategy in the Charlestown business, with a focus on communication, people, quality outcomes and performance.
  • People leadership: achieving outcome through strong people leadership.
  • Customer service: achieving outcomes with a customer centric lens.
  • Developing and managing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working closely with the NSW Claims Performance Manager to develop a claims strategic plan.
  • Implementing and managing change improvements, facilitating business information sessions and building the capability within the business.

Important to your success:

  • Experience as a Team Manager/Service Manager within Workers Compensation or a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing a business strategy and providing leadership support and guidance.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, collaborate closely with other leaders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to balance understanding, empathy and compassion with a focus on quality outcomes
  • Ability to make independent as well as collaborative decisions when required.
