We are currently seeking several energetic and passionate individuals to join the team as a Customer Service Specialist. Working in a team of Sales & Service Specialists, you will ‎‎be part of a ‎supportive team pursuing excellence in Member services. Along the way, ‎‎you ‎will develop knowledge of Pleasure craft/ boat components and gain ‎underwriting ‎‎skills for analysis and interpretation. We have both fixed term contract and permanent opportunities available.

The ideal person for this role will be flexible in their approach and have a strong focus on Customer Service. As we embed a customer-focused strategy across everything we do, you'll have an opportunity to drive innovation and real change that delivers a tangible and meaningful impact on our people, our members and our community

You'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with Member/partner enquiries and provide follow-up within agreed ‎‎‎timeframes
  • Processing of new policies and renewals
  • Answer a mixture of Inbound & Outbound customer calls
  • Daily allocation of & responding to incoming correspondence
  • Assisting other areas of the business unit to achieve agreed targets
  • Adhere to Underwriting guidelines and Legislative and Statutory ‎compliance requirements
  • Available (7:30am - 7:30pm)

Important to your success:

  • Motivation to expand, learn and grow within a high performing team
  • Experience in Customer Service & Sales essential
  • Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive time management skills
  • Sound computer skills
  • General knowledge of Boats will be highly regarded
