Claims Service Consultant- CCI Life | NSW - Sydney (Full-time and Part-time roles available)

Are you inspired by getting the best solution for your customer?

As Claims Service Consultant, you will be our first ‎point of contact for new claimants and assist existing customers with ‎their enquiries. You will have passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers in ‎their “Moment of Truth" and act as a true ambassador of a trusted brand.‎ As a member of the team you will positively contribute to team culture, drive change and innovation.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Registering new claims and providing assistance as part of the claim's management process
  • Managing the payment processing procedures for the team
  • Answering telephone enquiries from customers and requesting additional information
  • Providing excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with other tasks as required by the team

Important to your success:

  • You will be known for your empathetic style and customer focused approach which allows you to ‘walk in our customer's shoes'
  • Proven data entry skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
