We are looking for a Pricing Lead to join our successful Pricing team in the Technical Department. In this role, you will be expected to provide support for:

  • Responsible for completing relevant pricing reviews
  • Managing the day to day running and workflow for regular and ad hoc pricing requirements, projects, resourcing and people management
  • Lead technical approach to pricing analysis.  Ownership and improvement of technical pricing models and tools for commercial scenario testing and forward-looking KPIs
  • Leadership role in Pricing team, with analyst mentoring/ development and technical support
  • Assist with managing customer expectations by providing project management updates and anticipating customers' evolving needs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and work standards to improve efficiency and accuracy / quality

Your experience operating within a general insurance environment, coupled with your initiative and proactive nature, will expose you to numerous opportunities to develop and learn in a friendly and supportive environment.

To be considered and successful for this role you must demonstrate:

  • Degree in Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or other relevant qualifications
  • Strong SAS, Excel and VBA skills is desirable
  • Experience with Willis Towers Watson pricing software, R or Python would be favourably considered
  • Results-driven focus with an emphasis on producing commercial outcome
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team and stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional customer service and commercial acumen
  • Strong time management and organisation skills, with the ability to adapt to uncertainties and ‎prioritise your work, whilst working in a fast paced environment

These roles could be part-time or full time permanent or contract roles.
