Located in the Brisbane CBD, our Contact Centre provides excellent training and structured development programs to ensure your success in building a long-term career with us.

As a Sales and Service Specialist at Allianz, you will join an established team and utilise your strong customer service and sales skills when speaking with new and existing customers about our products. You will be the voice of Allianz and will provide information about our products whilst utilising the opportunity to up-sell, cross-sell and provide excellent service when making changes to policies.

What we're looking for?

  • Commitment and superior customer service skills
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster with shifts falling between 6.30am - 7.30pm
  • Ability to work one Saturday every 6 weeks
  • Must be available to commence 9th of March 2020
  • Attend Assessment Centre week beginning 28th of January
