Digital Program Specialist - Financial Institutions - Sydney

Are you inspired by getting the best solution for your customer? We are looking for a Digital Program Specialist who will be responsible for supporting sustainable and profitable growth within assigned Allianz accounts. This will involve managing internal and external relationships and the end-to-end digital sales processes with a strategic and customer-centric approach.

Our Financial Institutions business markets consumer and small business insurance products via Banks, Credit Unions and Affinity Groups. At Allianz, we are proud of our long term partnerships with many of Australia's leading financial institutions and the role we play in assisting to grow their insurance business. 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic and tactical action plans to develop and grow partner business online
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience across digital channels and work with key stakeholders to implement change
  • Agreeing and executing segmented, data-driven CRM campaigns
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Initiating ideas to increase leads, calls, customer base and sales opportunities
  • Initiating ideas and initiatives to better integrate into our partner's banking ecosystem
  • Delivering reporting and analysis to support business understanding and decision making
  • Developing and implementing programs to ensure compliance with statutory and ethical responsibilities

Important to your success:

  • You'll have proven experience in digital UX/UI and online sales
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, influence and engage senior management.
  • Experience within General Insurance or Financial Services is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with high attention to detail
  • You will be able to work autonomously and proactively as well as a part of the team 
  • You will be a strategic thinker with a drive to solve complex business problems and strive for continuous improvement.
