Senior Case Manager - Workers Compensation - Charlestown

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of claims in accordance with icare and Allianz requirements.
  • Following the Allianz Case Management Model and Injury Management Program in line with Business Requirements
  • Providing guidance and coaching for Case Managers in both developing and executing case management strategies.
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of legislation and recent changes, and how these impact key stakeholders.
  • Identifying and implementing appropriate Return to Work/Return to Health outcomes on complex claims within portfolio with minimal supervision.

You will bring an ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across our business divisions. You are known for your strong analytical skills and business focused solutions.  In addition you will be valued for

  • Your experience in a Case Management role within Workers Compensation  
  • Your comprehensive understanding of NSW Workers Compensation Legislation and Regulations
  • Excellent time management, resilience and agility when changes occur
  • A mindset which is supportive and allows you to ‘walk in our customer's shoes'
  • You will have excellent problem solving skills with the ability to translate to sound decision making
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching others and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Tertiary qualification in legal or an Allied Health discipline will be highly regarded but not essential
