Allianz is going through a period of significant change and uplift across the business which includes a global HR transformation programme. As a result of this transformation and the volume of change requests, we have a newly created role of HR Operations Support Manager which will be responsible for managing the relationship between our local HR Operational team and our Group HR Operational Management team in Germany.

The role will have oversight of three key core areas within our HR business: HR Change Control Process, HR IT Platform Management and HR Process and Risk.  It will oversee BAU activities working closely with stakeholders within the local operating entity including subject matter experts, as well as stakeholders in Group teams to coordinate all HR change requests and proactively manage issue resolution and escalation.

 

You'll be responsible for:

Centrally coordinate all change requests with internal stakeholders including submission via JIRA and ongoing management through to release of approved change requests;

Provide feedback and impact assessments of global change requests as required;

Identify and escalate issues impacting  global design and processes.

Manage the relationship with Group Change Control team to continually improve processes.

Coach local team members and stakeholders in the Change Control process.

Work closely with the local HR Systems, Learning Services and Centre of Expertise (CoE) teams to support stakeholder relationships across local Operating entities, Group Central teams and Allianz Technology.

Centrally coordinate testing requirements as required against the Group release management cycles.

Provide local input into governance for global HR processes, policies and data to support target HR operating model.

Work with Group team to identify opportunities and address inefficiencies and ensure data and process quality to support the business including from a risk management perspective.

 

Important to your success:                             

A solid background in HR and HR systems, ideally SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Learning, Performance, Talent and Compensation

Demonstrate a track record in stakeholder management with a good ability to build and maintain relationships

Self-motivated with the ability to work in an autonomous and agile environment

Sound project management and leadership skills to manage stakeholders across all operating entities

Strong coordination and organisation skills to assist with keeping both people and activities moving forward and on track to ensure deadlines and timelines are met.

Ability to see the big picture, connect the dots and foresee opportunities or issues as they come up to prevent road blocks down the path

Issue resolution and problem solving.

Ability to manage in ambiguity. On occasion you will be required to make decisions with limited information.

Able to demonstrate a strong learning agility and ability to pick things up quickly
