Due to continued growth we currently have exciting opportunities for both experienced and trainee Claims Consultants to join our team.
Our team provides claims services for Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance. CTP provides cover for personal injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Allianz employs specialist claims staff to assist claimants rebuild their lives when they need us most.

You'll be directly improving our claimant's lives and well-being. You'll deal with people experiencing challenging times, but your job is to deliver a positive customer experience for them - and this is what makes it highly rewarding. As someone who builds excellent relationships, you'll help individuals and educate our claimants on what will happen at every stage and support them with anything they will need to know about their claim.

You'll be responsible for:
· Maintaining and improving technical knowledge across all facets of claims management.
· Keep up to date with legislative amendments and their practical application.
· Providing a high standard and quality of customer service
· Building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders, including injured claimants and/or their lawyers, rehabilitation advisors and medical professionals, in order to drive successful rehabilitation and return to work outcomes
· Reviewing treatment requests and organising investigations into claims with a focus on proactive claims management
· Making settlement offers, attending informal and settlement conferences to progress claims towards finalisation
· Attending conferences with counsel, expert witnesses and lawyers

· Previous personal injury experience preferred

We are currently seeking a self-motivated Claims Consultant who will manage their own CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation by investigating, negotiating and settling claims within agreed authority levels in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. This vital member of the team will demonstrate a professional approach and ability to build strong customer relationships with key stakeholders' including medical professionals and legal professionals.
