Project Integration Project Manager- Contact Centre

Does change excite you?

Reporting through to the Program and Integration Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of change projects being introduced throughout the Contact Centre. These projects will contribute to making a difference to both our internal and external customers to deliver a best practice environment, aligning with our business strategy.

 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the contact Centre Management Team, front-line leaders, support teams and account managers to ensure the success of overall business strategies
  • Identifying business improvement opportunities and execute improvement activities
  • Proactively manage compliance risks, pre-empting and identifying risks
  • Manage all new process, system, products and partner change initiatives/ Implementation in line with the Project Integration and Governance Frameworks to ensure they are complete within required deadlines
  • Effectively manage project changes in scope, dependencies, risks and issues

 

Important to your success:

  • Analysing capability
  • Highly developed planning, reporting and organisation skills
  • Project management and Account management experience
  • Tertiary qualification or completed Project Management course (ie Six Sigma or Prince2) preferable
