You will be responsible for improving the experience of our sales and service staff and the experience of every life insurance customer we have. Your role is to bring your experience and passionate to the task of managing and develop a team of Life insurance consultants within our Brisbane Contact Centre. 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Meeting strategic goals through team KPI achievement
  • Complaint and Dispute management  
  • Operating and adapting to a fast-paced, results driven, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Building teams, coaching and developing a high performance culture.
  • Adapting and communicate change to teams

Important to your success:

  • Experience managing a team (Life Insurance preferred)
  • Resilience, ability to problem solve and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Ability to operate and adapt in a fast-paced, results driven, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Proven experience building, coaching and developing a high performance culture.
  • Self-motivation
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills including report analysis and interpretation
