Sales Enablement & Strategy Manager

We have an opportunity for a Sales Enablement & Strategy Manager to join the Allianz Tailored Solutions Team, part of the Broker & Agency division. This is a varied and highly visible role which will act as a key support for the General Manager - Tailored Solutions as well as owning the overarching strategic program of work across Tailored Solutions. 

What you should expect

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and take a step into an exciting role which will be responsible for setting up and developing frameworks, defining capability, driving strategy and acting as a key collaboration point in the management of BAU initiatives and ATS priorities.

It will also be your responsibility to:

  • Coordinate and Manage the Allianz Tailored Solutions Team Value Proposition Framework ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.       
  • Oversee the pipeline of continued Innovation of Product Value propositions and the streams of work associated with these.     
  • Own, lead and coordinate the ATS Employee Engagement Program aimed at addressing key issues coming out of the Allianz Engagement Survey.
  • Conduct Market and Competitor Analysis & Reporting.   
  • Drive Continuous Improvement activities and regular compliance & periodic business practice improvement activities.      
  • Responsible for Scheduling and reporting of all Project initiatives emanating from MidCorp Upgrade.
  • Responsible for Marketing and Communications Plan (Internal & External) for Tailored Solutions

You will bring an ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across our business divisions. You are known for your strong analytical skills and business focused solutions. In addition you will be valued for exceptional organisation skills and project management experience.

  • Extensive knowledge of the General Insurance Industry and Financial Services Industry
  • You will have strong strategic sales experience
  • The ability to persuade, influence and coordinate working effectively across multiple business units.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and delivery
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
